A Miami, Florida native, Lynnecia brings over a decade of experience as an Assistant Dean and Adjunct Professor, where she is respected for her commitment to academic excellence and dedication to nurturing the potential of others.
Known as the "Confidence Doula," Lynnecia made a name for herself as a speaker and author, specializing in igniting self-assurance in women, young adults, and aspiring leaders. Her approach focuses on helping individuals embrace their worth, lead with confidence, and align their passions with purposeful action. Through her keynotes and workshops, she empowers audiences to use their ideas to chart a path toward success.
As an author, Lynnecia's work has garnered an International Impact Book Award. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix, an executive master’s from Georgetown University, and numerous professional certificates.
